Hi LACPA Colleagues,

You are invited to attend the joint SIG Meeting next Monday from Noon to 1 PM for the Trauma SIG (SIG Leader: Katherine Dautenhahn) and the Assessment SIG (Leader: Bruce Gale). 
Our topic is: “Assessing Trauma in Forensic Settings.”
Potential Discussion Topics
  • Clinical Practice: Assessment tools, clinical interview structure, use of collateral data, and formulating recommendations.
  • Forensic Settings: Experiences with depositions and testimony.
  • Professional Challenges: Managing stress under pressure, addressing mistakes or errors, and balancing perfectionism with limiting risk.
