Assessment SIG

The assessment SIG is a place for psychologists who do testing and neuropsychologists to build a community of like-minded professionals. We’ve heard from several colleagues that wished LACPA had a SIG that reflected their interests in assessment, as this is such a different skill-set than therapy. The SIG will meet bi-monthly or quarterly, depending on interest. It will be a mix of presentations, discussions, and networking. Members can discuss or present on topics such as how to assess for certain diagnoses, trends in psych/neuropsych testing, best practices in report writing, different approaches to psych/neuropsych testing, the business of running a testing private practice, etc. |
