We focus on providing integrated psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults, as well as a full range of psychological assessment for all ages, psychiatric care, and TMS. Our providers enjoy a collaborative, collegial environment with a strong focus on providing ethical and competent services to individuals, couples, and families. This is accomplished, partly, by our regular peer consultation meetings and case consultations, and an openness to innovation and creativity. The practice has a low rate of turnover for both clinical and support staff. We currently run long waitlists, and new clinicians have been able to reach a full caseload in a short period of time after joining Crossroads. We provide competitive compensation that includes health insurance, paid time off, 401k with matching, Continuing Education reimbursement, and many other benefits. If interested, please see the attached flyer. You can email k.lorine @crossroads-psych.com with any further questions. Thank you!
