Parking information: We are not permitted to park in the building parking lot*. It is restricted to tenants only. There are a couple of options for parking. You can park at the Sepulveda Basin Sports Complex (6201 Balboa Blvd.) on the west side of Balboa Blvd, just south of Victory Blvd or you can park on the street just south of the entrance for the sports complex parking lot. Both sides of Balboa have all-day free parking. Allow a 3 - 5-minute walk to the buildings. Once you arrive at the Encino Office Park, walk into the building’s parking area and go to the second building. The LACPA office is right by the entrance of the parking lot, on the left if you walk in from the parking area. *If you have a Disabled placard or license plate, you may park in the designated spaces in the building parking lot.
