Presenter BIO:

Mark L. Tseselsky grew up in the former Soviet Union. Only half-jokingly, Mark likes to say that dealing with social workers reminds him of his Communist homeland. At the same time, Mark is happily married to a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Marsha does not work for DCFS, but she has the same training as all social workers do. So Mark does not have to go far to get the social worker’s perspective. It makes him a better advocate.

Mark is also passionate about representing his clients in family law cases. He is a good listener. Mark sees his role as part advocate, but counselor.

Mark graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with Bachelor of Arts in History, High Honors; Commencement Speaker Humanities 1999.

Mark obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2004. While at Loyola, Mark concentrated on obtaining practical trial experience. As a law student, he conducted preliminary hearings as part of the District Attorney Externship. In September of 2012, Mark launched a boutique law firm focused on helping clients with their family law and juvenile dependency issues.
