
Los Angeles County Psychological Association 2026 Lunch & Learn Series Call for Presentations
LACPA members are invited to present a 1.5-hour CE Presentation
These presentations will be held via Zoom Webinar for the 2026 year

Submission Requirements: Please review these instructions carefully.
- Please complete all the questions on the application.
- Proposals that do not follow the application format and/or are missing information will be returned without consideration.
- Ensure all materials are in the most current APA format, including every citation's Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
- All presenters must be LACPA Members.
- No honorarium is provided for Lunch & Learn presenters.
- For the first time and by request, the 2026 Lunch and Learn Series will be open to non-members for $65
- Proposals should reflect intermediate to advanced levels of learning; the more advanced, the better;
- Up to six presentations can be selected;
- Proposal topics should be based upon clearly stated educational goals and objectives;
- Proposals should reflect applicability and relevance to doctoral-level psychologists in the areas of clinical practice, theory, research, and methodology;
- Proposals should demonstrate how the presentation will be organized to facilitate the learning process for attendees;
- Proposals should be objective (i.e., not reflecting any commercial views of the provider or presenter or anyone giving financial assistance to the provider or presenter);
- All presentations will be within a 1.5-hour time frame.
- There is a maximum of two presenters per presentation.

For consideration, proposals must include:
Completed APA Application form
CV of each presenter
One headshot photo of each presenter
(jpg file, 266 dpi or larger required)
The following can be cut and pasted into the application:
Abstract - maximum of 50 words
Course Goals and Educational Objectives, Course Outline & References
Bio (maximum 60 words) for each presenter
